Social Team Charter

  • Co-ordinate & arrange Social events.
  • Advertise / publicise Social events.
  • Ensure to their best ability Social events cover all areas of the club.
  • Liaise with the Coaching Team / Fundraising Team / Competition Secretary to ensure Social events have minimal impact on other club activities.
  • Work closely with the Treasurer to ensure a full audit trail is recorded of Social incomes and expenses per event.
  • To report back to the Executive each month the status of Social events in its charge.
  • Will ensure any revenue made from Social activities are used to support other Social activities.
