MONDAY 6:30pm – 7:30pm Next Gen Gym
THURSDAY 5:00am – 7:00am Milton Road Small Pool
FRIDAY 8:30pm – 9:45pm Milton Road Large Pool
SATURDAY 11:30am – 1:00pm Milton Road Large Pool
SUNDAY 6:30pm – 7:30pm Milton Road Large Pool
Squad Criteria

  • Swimmers must select max 3 sessions per week from the 5 sessions listed above. The 3 sessions chosen are not flexible.
  • Open to swimmers who do not wish to take up a place in either County Age or Youth
  • Additional pooltime may be investigated if there is demand for it.


  • To support the late developers to progress in the sport, training will be well structured and a high level of discipline is expected within this squad.
  • A general fitnes orientated squad that can lead to Masters at age 18.


  • Local Leagues (when selected).
  • Internal Club Competitions.


Squad members are required to bring the following equipment to every session :

  • Goggles, Drinks bottle,Kick board, Pull buoy, Band, Paddles, Short Fins/Zoomers & Snorkel
