Dolphins Para Squad Medal Success at Horfield

Saturday 20th October saw the Swindon Dolphin Para Squad travel to Horfield to take part in the Swift Inclusive Swimming Gala. For most of the swimmers this was their third visit to the Swift Gala and the friendly rivalry between Dolphins and City of Bristol was evident. However for Alice, Rose, Amelie, Maya and Freya this was the first time that they had travelled to compete in a gala. Para Squad Success at Swift Gala

On Saturday 7th October, the Swindon Dolphin Para Squad with their mascot Splasher travelled to Horfield to take part in the Swift Inclusive Gala. Teams attended from across the South West including Birmingham Lightening Bolts, Bristol North, Bristol Sharks, City of Bristol and Plymouth. South West Region Para Taster Day

On Sunday 12th March, twelve Swindon Dolphin Para swimmers attended the ASA South West Regional Para Taster day at Horfield, Bristol. For a majority of the swimmers, who usually attend either the monthly Swim Link sessions at Dorcan or the recently formed Para Squad within Swindon Dolphin’s  SwimSkills, this was their first venture into the exciting world of Para Competitions…..read more here
